Digital Orders

The vast majority of programs we promote on this website are offered only through a download member area. This means you receive full access to a member page. Your login credentials will be provided to you after purchase and you will also receive them via email. You may need to check your spam folder if login credentials were sent there.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are subject to the return period we have established and are processed at the customer's request either by us as the provider or by Digistore24.

Return Periods:

Depending on the product, you can choose from different return periods of 14, 30, 60, 90, or 180 days. The return period begins with the first payment and lasts a maximum of 180 days, depending on our settings.

Physical Products:

For physical products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. In addition, we may grant an extended return period of up to 180 days. You will receive return instructions in your order confirmation.

Digital Products:

Digital content may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if you have been explicitly informed in advance and have explicitly agreed to the waiver of the right of withdrawal (via a checkbox in the order form). For digital products, you must provide a destruction declaration in which you undertake to delete or destroy everything you received through the purchase.

Seminars and Services:

For seminars and services, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days generally applies. Digistore24 additionally offers a "goodwill extension" of the return period of up to 180 days.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, use the buyer support link in your order confirmation email or the cancellation button on the order confirmation page. Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment method originally used.

Important Note:

Digistore24 is legally required to process refunds within the withdrawal period. If we receive a refund request within the return period we have specified, we are legally required to process the refund on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, our fulfillment company will send you a tracking link for your order. This will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase within 3 business days.

Please note: Sometimes this email can be filtered into the spam and junk folders of some email providers.
